藏玉的养生功能

&&&&藏玉，顾名思议即产于西藏的墨绿玉，在民间素有“药王石”的美称。在珠宝学著作里边，墨绿玉的规范名称为：蛇纹石玉。蛇纹石玉多以产地命名，诸如广东南方玉、辽宁岫玉、台湾的台湾玉等，都与她同一家族。因此，墨绿玉亦称“西峡碧玉”，而近几年在雅鲁藏布江流域附近发现的藏玉，被一些专家认定为质量优良的墨绿玉。&&&&笔者在研究中发现，我国民间运用墨绿玉治病已有1700多年的历史。墨绿玉之所以在民间被誉为“药王石”，首先，主要是其含有大量的有关养生保健功能的矿物。地质资料显示，墨绿玉除其矿物蛇纹石外，还富含早已列入中医药宝库中的矿物药磁铁矿、阳起石、方解石、黑云母等。这些神奇的矿物药大多具有滋补阳气的功能，是我国古代著名的医药和养生大师孙思邈等极力推荐的补益药物。著名的古医书《神农本草经》、《本草纲目》等均有详细记录。请看:&&&&磁铁矿：即磁石，归肝、心、肾经。能平肝潜阳，聪耳明目，镇惊安神，纳气平喘；其重要的功效还是补肾，古人说它“入肾脏，强肾气，益精除烦”；李时珍则概括为可“治肾家诸病”。&&&&阳起石，地质专家认为，阳起石原矿主要为透闪石，含有少量方解石。阳起石自古就属温性补肾药。阳起石壮阳效果显著，直到现代，仍然是中医用来治疗阳痿、不孕的专用药。&&&&方解石：虽大寒，但无毒。主治胸中留热结气、黄疸，通血脉，去蛊毒等。&&&&云母：入胆经、膀胱经，可治五痨七伤，安五脏，益精子，补肾冷，明目，久服轻身延年，是孙思邈极力推荐的补益药。&&&&其次，检测资料表明，墨绿玉作为一种纯天然岩石类原生近玉矿，已有上亿年历史，其矿石药物不但有磁化、解毒、补阳等多种养生保健功能，而且还蕴含钙、镁、铁、锌、硒等26种有益人体的矿物质和微量元素，以及活性物质。&&&&第三，虽然墨绿玉原生色只有白和绿，经过漫长的地质作用才演变成今天的“黑包公”。但其宝贵的次生色黑色亦是有益人体健康的。因为中医养生学有“五色入五脏”的理论。据此，墨绿玉的黑色是入肾的，有益人体肾功能健康。&&&&由此可见，墨绿玉确实系名副其实的“药王石”。虽然蛇纹石玉在我国有较大的资源储量，但蛇纹石之中独特的墨绿玉，其原生矿在全世界却属稀有矿产。目前发现只在中国昆仑山和美州巴西有很少储量。据悉，二十世纪末期，发现的墨绿玉原生矿储量仅为3.6万吨。因此，墨绿玉原生矿不可再生且资源日趋稀少，加之其具有“药王”的神奇功能，随着时间的推移，该玉种的收藏价值便可见一斑了。&&&&刘如春&&&&（作者系著名地质养生专家、中国科普作家协会会员、中国地质学会科普委副秘书长、广东省地质学会科普委主任、广东省珠宝玉协理事）

　她是一个不幸的孩子，一出生，就被亲生父母丢到了乡下的桥头边。一个四十多岁的男人把她捡回了家。男人娶不起媳妇，是村里的老光棍。他把米磨碎了煮来喂她吃，用破布给她当尿布，教她叫“爹”。当她第一次奶声奶气地叫“爹”时，男人高兴得一下子将她举过头顶。

left her at the foot of a bridge in the countryside. A man in his
forties brought her to his home. The man could not find a woman to
marry him so lived as an old bachelor in the village. He would
break off some grist to feed her and use a rag he found as her

for the first time, he gave her a smile and patted her on the head.

The locals all noticed this man in his forties who would go down to
the river every day to wash a diaper. When he was working on the
farm, the man would place her in a basket and place it next to the
field. As the man reaped, she would sit in the basket amusing
herself. The man would periodically turn around and look at her,
smiling to himself.&
　　小女孩一天天长大。男人不识字，给她取名“丫丫”。
The little girl lived like this from day to day. The man, who was
illiterate, gave her the name of Yaya.&
　　丫丫7岁的时候，同龄的孩子都开始念书了，男人看在眼里急在心里。他开始帮人做更多的活计，把微薄的酬劳一点点攒起来。一年后，他把丫丫送进了小学。为了存下更多钱，他开始跟着年轻的男人一起上山砍柴烧炭。冬天过去，他烧的炭卖了800多块钱，够女儿两年的学费了。有了女儿后，他的日子忽然变得有追求、有计划了。他计划着把女儿送进镇上的中学，自己也扬眉吐气一番。
When Yaya was seven years old, children of the same age had already
started attending school. This made the man anxious. He started to
dabble in other work to gradually increase his meager earnings. One
year later, he managed to send Yaya to primary

Yaya's grades turned out to be really good. In both writing and
maths, she would consistently get full marks. Her teacher said that
this little girl's name was not proper. "Your father's surname is
Wang, so I think you should be called Wang Shuixian," said the
teacher, a name which meant Water Fairy. As he worked so hard to

collapsed while cutting wood. Villagers took him to the clinic
where the doctor suggested he go to the town to get checked up. The
man refused. He lay in his home for three months, he could walk but
he was still lame.&
　　这年，水仙考上了镇上的初中，男人把家里仅有的两床被子都装进了蛇皮袋，背到学校。男人从学校走后，水仙不好意思把被子拿出来。同寝室的女孩，被子要么是缎面的，要么和崭新的床单是一个花色。只有她，被子上净是破洞，里子发黄。她心里难受，既担心父亲在家里会受冻，又宁愿自己冻死也不想拿出这两床奇丑的被子。但夜里实在太冷，最后，水仙还是偷偷地把被子拿出来，裹在身上，嘤嘤地哭了。

The man packed the two blankets he had at home, put them into a
snakeskin bag and carried them to the town as he walked her to

blankets out of the bag. Her roommates' blankets were all satin or
they would match the bed provided. Only she had blankets that holes
in them and were turning yellow. She was sad and also worried that
her father would freeze at home, she would rather freeze to death
anyway than use these two eyesores. But the nights got too cold

at the back, but her grades were always the best so nobody bullied
her. Nobody knew that what she longed for were not the impressed
gasps of her classmates as the teacher read out the test scores,
but a beautiful bed sheet that didn't have any strange

One day in her second year,&Water
Fairy's biological father tracked down the school. Behind
her, a beaming couple appeared. They couldn't contain their
excitement. The woman said: "As soon as I saw her, I felt it..."
and they took it in turns to stroke Shuixian's face. As soon as she
saw the uncomfortable look her adoptive father gave her, she
understood.

Her parents never doubted that she was theirs. Then one day, when
they were taking her to get vaccinated, they had a check of her

After spending the whole night discussing it, the parents decided
not to tell Water Fairy. They had already had her for two years and
even if she was just a pet, the emotional bond was still real. Plus
she was an adorable child, the same age as their own daughter, who
had suffered enough hardship in life already. In spite of this, the
parents did start acting colder towards her. Water Fairy thought it
was because she wasn't being good, and took the initiative to start
studying even harder. &
When she was on holiday from school, she would do both the cooking
and the washing up, but her parents still didn't seem happy with
her. They criticised the way she made noises while eating. They
criticised the way she wasn't charming enough when they had guests
around. They criticised her all around clumsiness. Water Fairy
began to miss the man who raised her. Even though he was poor and
his life was full of bitterness, he never criticised Water
　　上初三的一天，她忽然昏倒在地，老师把她送到医院后，父母匆匆赶来。她脑袋里面长了瘤，需要做开颅手术。父母动了把她送回去的念头。他们没有告诉她真相，只是默默地将她载到村子里，找到了她的养父。
The day she began her third year of Middle School, she suddenly
fainted and her teacher had her sent to hospital. Her parents
rushed to be by her side. She had a brain tumour and she would need
surgery. Her parents once again entertained the thought of
returning Water Fairy. They didn't tell her the truth, just
discreetly took her back to the village and tracked down Uncle
　　养父什么话也没说就把她拉进了屋子。养父的眼泪哗哗地淌下来，对她说：“闺女，你不是他们的伢，他们不要你，爹带你去看病！”
Uncle Wang didn't say anything, he just took her into his home.
Tears were pouring down his cheeks as he said to Water Fairy:
"Darling, you are not theirs. They don't want you. I will take you
to a doctor."
　　得知水仙得了大病，被送回了村子，乡亲们都跑来看。水仙躲在家里哭，哭够了，趴在窗口看着那两个自己叫了两年多爸妈的人灰溜溜地开着车走了。她知道，他们再也不会回来了。
When the villagers heard that Water Fairy had fallen ill and
abandoned again, they all rushed to see her. Water Fairy hid in the
house and cried. When she was done crying, she leaned out of the
window and saw the couple whom she had called mother and father for
two years driving away. She knew they had made their getaway for
the final time.&
　　水仙又开始叫男人“爹”。爹带她去城里看病，医生说，医疗费用至少要三万元。三万元，对男人来说，无异于天文数字。走投无路，他决定去找那对夫妇，当初他们曾那样执意地要塞给他两万元，但是他们的回答是：“如果我们肯给钱，何必还把她送还给你？”
Water Fairy started calling him&Papa&again.
Daddy took her to the city where the doctor told them that the
medical fees would amount to 30,000 yuan. To this man, that was an
unimaginably astronomical sum. In his desperation, he decided to
look for that couple and hunt down the 20,000 they had once pledged
him. Their response was: "If we were still willing to offer money,
why would we have given her back to you?"
　　男人不肯妥协，日夜坐在那对夫妇门前，对过往的每一个人讲述水仙的命运。他知道这样做也许有些下作，但为了救女儿的命，他也顾不得了。那对夫妻不胜其烦，终于抛下两万元给他，加上他的积蓄和乡亲们的帮助，勉强支付了医药费。
The man was adamant. Day and night he stood outside the couple's
house, explaining Water Fairy's plight to every passerby. He knew
that this method was somewhat degrading, but to save his daughter's
life he had to try anything. Finally driven to distraction, the
couple finally parted with the 20,000 Yuan to get rid of the man.
With his own savings and the help of his fellow visitors, they
managed to raise the necessary medical fees.&
　　幸好是良性肿瘤，手术做得很成功。男人接女儿回去的时候，村子里放起了鞭炮。大家看着这对父女蹒跚地走进家门，不知是谁先抹起眼泪，整个村子唏嘘声一片。
Fortunately, it was a benign tumour and the surgery was a success.
When the man brought Water Fairy home, fireworks were let off in
the village. Everybody came out to watch this father and daughter
hobble into their home. Nobody knew who was first to shed a tear,
but the whole village was overcome with
　　经过这番波折，男人的背更驼了，腿也更跛了，可是水仙相信，他是世上最伟岸的男人。因为他给了自己其他人都不曾给予的东西：像那两床被子一样卑贱，却足以温暖一生的爱。
After going through all this, the man's back was more hunched and
his legs were lame. But Water Fairy believed he was the world's
mightiest man. He had given her something that nobody else had ever
given her: a love as humble as those blankets that would shine on
her for life.&
