【关于生产日期】 在市场上经常看到有很多红糖的包装上的生产日期是5月，3月，7月，8月。咱们今天就来说说真正红糖的生产日期到底是什么时候。 真正的纯甘蔗古法红糖一般生产日期是在主要是在12月，1月，2月。很多盆友就会问为什么是这三个月，首先我们说的红糖是纯甘蔗汁熬制！注意原材料是甘蔗，只有甘蔗成熟了才能榨汁熬制成红糖，也就是说这三个月是甘蔗的成熟季节，且这三个月中甘蔗的含糖量达到最高，是熬制红糖的最佳时间。 所以很多红糖在生产日期上标注什么五六月份，我猜测是他的包装日期，如果不是包装日期那这个红糖肯定不是用新鲜甘蔗汁熬制而成，其品质也好不到哪里去。 【关于保质期】 保质期的话这个要看红糖的干燥程度，也就是红糖的含水量；以及如何包装，每个地方做的红糖其实都有差异，比如红糖含水量，硬度大小，红糖大小等，红糖的含水量在自然条件下风干一个月左右可以达到最低，这时候就需要将红糖密封起来存放，防止二次受潮。 有的地方做的红糖保质期也就五六个月，实际上就是红糖的含水量太高导致保质期比较短，专业术语就是干燥失重不达标。而有的地方做的红糖可以长达三年以上，比如我们巧家的红糖就是如此，一句话红糖的储存一定要干燥！一般若不存放好，雨季天的时候就会回潮，当温度湿度达到一定条件红糖表面就会长霉。其实里面是好的，可以将外面的霉洗去即可食用。 这里推荐保存红糖的两种方法；第一种：将红糖用食品袋装起来并密封口，放在干燥的柜子里，注意这种保存方法必须是你拿到的红糖为干燥的状态下；第二种：将红糖放在冰箱里冷藏起来，冷藏即可不需要冷冻。第三种：真空包装。这里推荐大家用第二种方法比较适合。 若有不明白或者其他问题可以评论留言哦。 峰小云2020/06/28返回搜狐，查看更多
