& & 我1月26日的时候在美国亚马逊下了一个订单，金额是200多美元，下单之后马上就扣款了，但是还没有发货，然后我就发现还有优惠码可以使用，我就立即取消了订单，并且收到了取消成功的邮件，就是说他扣款未发货的情况下我成功取消了这个一个订单。
& & 但是过了一个星期还没有收到退款，我觉得很奇怪，也度娘了类似问题，说是预扣款，冻结的资金，一个月后可以退回，但是我自己在网上查询我的未出帐账单，写的消费，因为我的只是银联卡所以不显示美元消费，是重庆消费的人民币，我之后还打电话给信用卡客服确认是已经记账了，信用卡是建行的。&&然后我马上又联系了在线客服，今天又收到邮件，都说没有扣我的这笔款项。现在亚马逊要我联系银行，银行要我找商家
& & 请教各位，我这个啥情况，怎么办啊，200多美金将近1500块啊。一个月之后会退给我吗？
