What are pesticide control orders? Pesticide control orders are orders that are issued under section 38 of the Pesticides Act 1999. They are made for any purpose relating to the protection of public health, property, the environment or trade or to implement a decision or policy of the Australian Pesticides & Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) in relation to use of a pesticide or a class of pesticide.How do these orders operate?A pesticide control order may:prohibit or control the use of a pesticide or a class of pesticide, or authorise the use or possession of a restricted pesticide.What is a restricted pesticide? 真空管式炉的刚玉管又断了，急死了，求达人个给个分析个原因！！！
炉子是合肥GSL-1400X，炉管是刚玉管Φ80*1000mm ，使用温度是1320度，升温和降温速度大约都是每分钟5度，目前已经用了二根刚玉炉管，第一根随炉来的管子用了一年多才断，第二根新的才用了两次就断了，两个断口沿着圆周非常平整，像切割的一样，部位基本一致，都不是在中间部位，是在距离炉管出气口端面大约270-280mm的地方，近似在两个炉塞交接的部位，如照片中所示。发现在此部位包裹炉管的两个白色石棉套交接处的环形接缝比较大，不知道是不是造成损坏的原因？后来把断过的第一根旧炉管又装上，把进气和出气口对调了一下，结果还是在这个部位炉管上出现了一圈环形裂纹，只不过此时这个断裂地方变成了离炉管进气端大约270-280mm！后来多次询问厂家的售后人员，他们也搞不太清楚，急死了，请大人指点一下！

当然我看这个型号的炉子,石英管也是可以的,而且相比刚玉管更便宜些,可以买一根试一下是否是管子质量的原因. 升降温速率太快了容易导致炉管断裂。而且原装的炉管质量肯定好些，但新的不至于用两天就断了吧？？？ 楼主您好，我用的也是合肥科晶的这种炉子，我用的是OTF-1200X型的，我用的是石英管，就是有个疑问，实际的降温速率比我按照程序设定的降温速率要慢，而且这种设备没有冷却系统，只能随炉冷却，不知道楼主的实际的降温速率和设计的降温速率一样吗？ 刚玉炉管使用经验总结
根据我们的经验：
1.温差太大。使用的时候都在刚玉管中放隔热塞（每侧两个），位置是热区和冷区之间的位置。
2.这么高的温度管子中间是比较软的，因此管子比较容易变形断裂。建议在管子两侧加托架
3还有就是新买的管子要在不同温度下烘几次才可以用我们这里新买回来的刚玉管，一般烘几次。在200 ℃， 1000℃一般保温1个小时。
4.建议升温速度不要过快的，不要超过升温速度最快140℃/h，极限速度最快10℃/min冷却尤其要注意的！最佳升温速率不得高于10℃/分钟，降温速率应低于10℃/分钟
托架可以减少变形，断裂.红色箭头表示重力作用，蓝色箭头表示支撑作用。
5除了上面的支架问题；还有，在管式炉里面烧的样品，特别是要烧到1300℃左右的样品，最好含水量要少（含水量是指，吸附水，结晶水等，在加热过程中可能生成的水）；建议你的样品先预烧下，再放进管式炉，最好不要在高温状态下取样、加样，容易损坏刚玉的炉管。
6.不得强烈触碰刚玉炉管 不得在300℃-900℃保温 不得用低温物体触碰高温的炉管
7. 500℃以下≤5℃/ 500-800℃≤10℃/ 800-1000℃≤5℃/ ℃≤3℃/℃≤2℃/min。建议的使用升温速率
我们是做氧化铝陶瓷的，以上是客户使用的一些情况我们稍微总结了下，这个刚玉管本来就是比较脆弱的所以使用一定得小心，我的QQ，有问题可以咨询我的 尽量降低升降温速率，使用寿命肯定会延长。尤其是不要出现温度突然变化情况。 在烧高温之前要对管子就行低温预烧 : Originally posted by hmqw at
