本文来自公众号【彼岸直达】，原文：美国富豪交了多少税？国税局曝光贝索斯/巴菲特/马斯克/索罗斯等税表6月8日，CNBC消息称，国税局的一份报告显示，美国超级富豪贝索斯、巴菲特、布隆伯格、马斯克、伊坎和索罗斯缴纳的所缴纳的税仅占财富非常小的一部分，实际缴纳税率低到你不能想象。而且，他们有的人在某些年份，甚至没有纳税。ProPublica 援引美国国税局获得的数千名富人的机密数据称，25 位最富有的美国人身价从 2014 年～ 2018 年总共增加了 4010 亿美元。但数据显示，这些人在这五年中总共只缴纳了 136 亿美元的联邦所得税，“相当于真正的税率仅为 3.4%”。而相比之下，近年来美国家庭的中位数年收入约为 70000 美元的人群缴纳了 14% 的联邦税。收入高于 628300 美元夫妇，缴纳了 37%的。ProPublica 指出，亿万富翁那么低的纳税税率往往受益于“普通人无法企及的避税策略”。报告指出，他们的财富通常主要基于股票和房地产的升值，这些资产需要出售时候才会纳税。而就算是出售某些资产，也有继承税法等相关法律将出售资产的增值税给免掉，比如1031交换就可以将房产的增值应付税给免除。根据报告的统计期，巴菲特报告的合法应税收入为 1.25 亿美元。世界首富亚马逊的创始人贝佐斯，五年期间财富增长了 990 亿美元，但按 ProPublica 的真实税率计算，贝佐斯缴纳的税率略低于 1%，应税收入是9.73 亿美元，但实际应税收入应为 42.2 亿美元。而2007 年和2011年，贝索斯没有缴纳任何的联邦所得税。而世界第二大富豪马斯克的实缴税率也只有 3.27%，即应税收入只有4.55 亿美元。但根据ProPublica的数据，他五年期间的实际应税收入应为 15.2 亿美元。而且，他在 2018 年也没有缴纳联邦所得税。前纽约市市长和 Bloomberg LP 的创始人布隆伯格的真实缴纳税率更低，只有1.3% ，即报告纳税收入2.92 亿美元。但报告称，他的实际应税收入为100亿美元。索罗斯的发言人告诉 ProPublica，投资者索罗斯在 2016 年至 2018 年期间没有缴纳联邦所得税，因为投资亏损。另一位投资者伊坎在 2016 年和 2017 年也没有缴纳联邦所得税，这几年他的调整后总收入为 5.44 亿美元。伊坎解释称， 这是因为他在这两年他都登记了税收损失据 ProPublica 报道，当被问及他在某些年份不缴纳所得税是否合适时，伊坎说他对这个问题感到困惑。“它被称为所得税是有原因的”，文章援引伊坎的话说。“原因是，如果你是穷人，富人，如果你是苹果公司——如果你没有收入，你就不用纳税”。他补充说，“你认为富人无论如何都应该纳税吗？我不认为这是密切相关的。你怎么能问我这个问题？”诸君怎么看？
