一、深井泵价格
深井泵贵不贵呢？其实贵的、便宜的都有，价格三百到一万元不等，型号参数以及质量决定价格。深井泵的最大特点是将电动机和泵制成一体，它是浸入地下水井中进行抽吸和输送水的一种泵，被广泛应用于农田排灌、工矿企业、城市给排水和污水处理等。由于电动机同时潜入水中，故对于电动机的结构要求比一般电动机特殊。
二、深井泵和潜水泵的区别
深井泵和潜水泵在日常的生活中应用都很广泛，那么他们主要有什么共同点呢？
潜水泵和深井泵的共同点都是潜在水下面的水泵。不同的是一般潜水泵是单级叶轮，扬程小、泵体大、功率小。深井泵是多节泵，扬程大，泵体细小而长适合小口径深水井，功率比较大，深井泵质量相对来说要好些。
深水泵、潜水泵都属于离心泵，工作原理相同结构有区别：
1、深水泵结构细长，电机与叶轮通过长轴相连，电机一般在水面以上，适用于细长空间内工作。
2、潜水泵，电机与叶轮通过机械密封结合成一体，整体在水下工作，适用于大空间的抽取作业。
3、深井泵泵油两种：
（1）潜水深井泵，也就是深井潜水泵。
（2）长轴深井泵，电机在井口的，泵头潜水。
三、深井泵是叶轮的好还是螺杆的好
首选有叶轮的深井泵，现在已经是很成熟的产品，相对于螺杆泵具有外径更小，流量区间大等优势。如果是在同等技术条件下，一般来说螺杆泵比离心泵的容积效率要高，所以电机功率相对较低，但是螺杆泵一般比离心型式的泵会贵一些。如果你现在需要选购深井泵，就一定要来看看深井泵十大品牌。
四、深井泵不出水的原因及处理方法
深井泵出水量不足的原因有三个：水面过分降低、水泵节中间隙过大、叶轮损坏等。
如果是水面过分降低导致水量不足，建议大家根据深井的流量及要求的水泵出水量，将出现的深井泵换用另一级数较多的水泵，并适当增加泵管及传动轴。
出水量不足还有可能是因为水泵节中间隙过大，此时调节叶轮轴向间隙即可。若是叶轮损坏，那么最好的处理方法是将水泵节吊出更换叶轮。
那么，如果电动机正在运转、深井泵却不出水怎么处理呢？首先，如果因为水面过分降低，泵无法吸水，此时的处理方法是增加一节泵管及传动轴；其次，如果滤水网阻塞了，那么将深井水泵自井中吊出，清楚滤水网堵塞物后重新安装。若水泵节过分地伸入深井中，处理方法是将水泵节提高一至二节泵管。
而深井泵扬程不足的原因也有两个，一是水泵节中间隙过大，二是叶轮损坏。前者将水泵节吊出，调节叶轮轴向间隙即可，后者将水泵节吊出，更换叶轮即可。
