签证，材料已经交了20天了，还没消息！！我过几天就要出发去欧洲了啊啊啊！！

请问大家在上海提交的签证一般要多久啊？&交材料时说是要十个工作日。但是我现在还没消息啊（网站上一直写着6月7号领事馆收到材料）~&我七月一号早上就要去欧洲了，如果拿不到我的护照，我就没有签证，我就走不了了啊~&&我要不要冲进大使馆去问？？PS.&我已经打了电话，好不容易有人接电话，可是只能给我一个邮箱地址，让我发邮件，结果我邮件发过去，它竟然给我自动回复，&也是一些无关紧要的条例信息。&我该咋办啊？？&&求大家支招&~~~~~

谁能告诉我，打电话给北京中心，他们说电子两个星期前邮件已经发出了，可时我都没有收到邮件，现在该怎么办？挺急的，谁能帮帮忙啊，有没有遇过这类情况
我刚才打电话去问，使馆的人说最近正常的审理时间是10-15个工作日，我是6.29号递交的材料，估计起码还得再等一周的时间吧，漫长的等待啊~楼主你拿到没有啊？

25天7000公里欧洲自驾~~~照片简单记录
去欧洲自驾其实本不是计划中的，是因为俺老丈人、老丈母娘6.3号就开着自己的从北京出发经俄罗斯去欧洲了，我和媳妇担心欧洲部分老人搞不定，才临时决定我们飞过去跟他们汇合。所以我和媳妇6月底出发的行程是5月底才我们才开始筹划~~~
筹划部分就不多说了，反正是翻了别人的各种游记做作业，订机票，办签证，办驾照翻译件，订车，订酒店。
我们这次基本没有太多城市，基本都是乡村、小镇、自然风光。
我们俩这次的行程大致是这样的：6.23直飞法兰克福，落地租车

我和媳妇的整个行程25天~老爷子从北京出发穿俄罗斯在柏林跟我们汇合玩欧洲再从俄罗斯回国大概要走2个多月
写这篇游记的时候我和媳妇已经回到家中，老爷子现在应该还在欧洲境内，准备向俄罗斯进发了

有不少朋友问自驾注意事项，其实一句两句真说不清楚，摘一些主要的说吧:
1.严格遵守交通法规，并线转弯一定打转向灯，像我们自驾有时候走错路在路口插队，只要您打转向灯，一般都会让您的。高速路走错了可别突然停车啥的啊。记得支路一定让干路先行，干路标志一般是一个黄色的菱形方块。遇到没红绿灯的环岛一定让环岛内的车，千万别抢行，出入环岛也要打灯，方便环岛外的车了解您的行驶方向。遇到路口写STOP标志的一定停车，说明你是支路，不是干路。路口停车左右看，如果主道上有车，你冲出去影响对方车速你就不能开，一直等，等到没车或者距离你很远你再出路口。
2.德国不是所有高速都不限速，注意限速标志，一般小镇内都是50限速，城镇道路90-100，高速120或不限速。三条道的高速，最内道别长时间占用，那是超车道，我开200，还经常被人超呢，超完车迅速回到中间车道。如果前方遇事故突然减速或堵车，打双闪提醒后车，同时不要占用最外道，那是给救援车辆留的车道
3.各国高速收费有不同标准，德国不收费、奥地利、瑞士、捷克都是高速年票，边境加油站就买得到，法国和意大利跟中国差不多，按路段收费，不过都是自助似的，投币或刷卡
4.加油、洗车都是自助的。加完油去柜台报加油机上的号就可以，洗车买洗车卡，洗完了自己擦，需要吸尘有专门的吸尘机器，50欧分吸5分钟
5.停车场一般有3种~~路边停车，停好找咪表，按上面说明选好你要停的时间，投币取票放在前挡风下，警察过来看你没超时就没事，超时就贴罚单了。停车场一般抬杆取票，回来拿票在机器上投币打卡，取车票开车在出口抬杆处塞到机器里就可以了。还有一种比较有意思的，你租的车会随车给你一个小蓝牌，你看到路边停车标志上画着跟你的小蓝牌一样的标志，一般都会免费1-2小时停车，停好后把小蓝牌调到你来的时间放在挡风玻璃那就可以，全靠自觉。。。。。
大超市门口一般都有免费停车场，不能停太久哦~~~~
想起什么再更新
欧洲的厕所基本都是收费的，50欧分的居多，折合人民币基本上4块钱上一次厕所，还是挺贵的。高速路加油站休息区基本都有免费的，景点的基本都收费，想省钱就随便找个咖啡厅旅馆跟人问问能借用一下厕所么，基本都会让你免费用的。
关于从国内自驾欧洲游：
老人自驾桑塔纳现在已经快进入俄罗斯境内了，估计再有个10来天就能回国了，到时候我把老爷子如何办理车辆出关、俄罗斯两进两出签证、路线图等整理好发上来。这里先留个位置~~~
关于欧洲签证和落地租车游：
我把我和媳妇这次25天的租车自驾欧洲按分类整理一下，一项项的跟大家说说，如果有我落下的或者没说明白的欢迎跟帖提问，如果不涉及隐私就尽量别私信了，目的也是让大家都能看到。大家方便大家么~~~~
各种证照：
签证国家：欧洲申根签证，目前已经加入申根国的国家有20多个，也就是说您申请的是申根签证的话，这20多个国家都可以去。具体签证颁发的国家可以根据自己的选择。法国签证貌似比较容易，德国签证稍复杂一些，但究竟选哪个国家最好还是根据自己的出入境国，如果你是法签，但出入境都在德国可能会遇到一些问题，但也不是不可以，貌似这个拼人品的。我和媳妇是法兰克福往返，为了避免出问题就签的德国
签证时间：这个根据签证提交的个人资产、就业等资料会有时间长短的不同，法国一般能给30天时间，德国要签30天貌似就有些困难，我和媳妇就只给了25天。
签证花费：我和媳妇由于时间紧任务急就从TB上找了个代理，每人550的签证费+300的代办费，也就是人均850，大概资料提交后一周就拿到了，时间还是蛮快的。
驾照：因为是自驾，国外自驾如遇警察或边检检查，就要出示能证明自己驾驶资格的有效说明，这个有效说明包括：
国内驾驶证（这个必须带哦）、照翻译件（可以自行翻译，但不具备法律效力）、驾照公证件（选择你的所在地的地方级公证机构进行公证，可公证不同语言，这个大部分国家都认可）、国际驾照（这个基本上国人办不了，目前好像中国公民持国内驾照不能办理国际驾照。所以如果你看到TB上有卖国际驾照的基本都是假的，其实充其量就是个翻译件。而且很多租车公司都不认的）
驾照费用：为了以防万一，以上几种我都办了。首先国内驾照不用说了，自己都带好了。驾照公证我也是TB上找了个代理办的，按翻译语言不通费用不通，我翻译了英、德俩个版本，大概1000出头。国际驾照因为一开始不知道也办了，300一个，说是有效期10年，其实都是假的。后来到了国外也证明人家租车公司根本不认这个。所以大家别被骗了。
租车公司：
欧洲比较有名的几家租车公司有：europcar、hertz、avis、buget等，这几家租车公司几乎欧洲所有机场、城市都有店铺，价格有高有底，但也不会差太多。像前三个属于比较大的，车型全，网店多。还有一些小的，价格便宜，车型少、网点少。这个根据个人选择而定了
租车渠道：
一种是直接在这几家租车公司官网上预定，一种是通过国内代理预定。
各有优缺点：
通过国内租车代理预定
好处：价格跟直接去租车公司网站租没区别，有时还便宜些。代理做活动还能免费给你一个中文GPS使用。更重要的一点是提供国内的保险公司辅助你的车辆保险，国外租车即便你买随车保险，只要不是全险（全险很贵哦，每天就要几十欧）都会有一个自负担的起赔额，比如你即便买了租车公司推荐的普通保险，出现事故后，1000欧元以上才是保险公司替你负担的费用，1000欧元以下是要你自己掏钱的。而通过国内代理租车会有一家国内保险公司帮你负担起这自己要负担的1000欧元费用，费用大概是每天50人民币左右。比起直接从租车公司手里买全险要便宜多了。
不好：不是24小时客服，因为时差问题，有时候在那边租车遇到问题找这边客服找不到。另外就是车型较少，很多租车公司的一些特定车型是在代理网站上查不到的，比如敞篷、房车、等。另外就是网店不全，有时候你在租车公司网站上查到某个网店，但在代理那就显示没有。我估计可能是数据更新的问题。
直接在租车公司网站预定
好处：可选车型比较多，取车还车地点比较明确，有不定期的优惠，比如hertz就有针对国航知音会员的9折优惠。
坏处：保险很贵，提供的GPS也收取较贵的租金，而且GPS大多是外文的。
所以综上所述，加上第一次欧洲自驾担心车辆安全问题。我还是选择了国内代理，又有免费的中文GPS用，又能买到便宜全车险，价格也还行。
在租车这部分还有些经验分享给大家，尽可能别选择异国还车，同国异地还车还好，加几十欧元就可以，如果您选了异国还车，这费用一下就翻倍了。以同款车型同样天数为例，您要选同国家不同城市还车，可能每天4、500人民币的租金，一旦您选异国还车，每天租金就变成5、6000了，差10倍了。所以尽可能的选择同一国家取车还车。当然如果能选择同一国家同一地点取车还车就更好了，价格会再便宜一些。如果不选机场选城里某网店，价格又会低一些。
关于上网：
外出旅游，无论是为了跟国内联络还是查景点、查酒店、查地图网络都是必须的，光订酒店有wifi是远远不够的。所以在出行之前我就尽可能的想把这25天欧洲境内的网络问题解决掉。找来找去，找了一个欧洲境内通用（俄罗斯不能用、意大利每天500M）不限时不限流量的随身wifi设备，租金每天100人民币，25天就是2500。这样算是把网络解决了。实际这一趟用下来感觉随时有网络还是很必须的，比如今天行程临时改变要更改酒店订单、要查景点、在某些GPS信号不好的路段靠googlemap导航等，不过这种随身wifi是到某国自动接入所在地国家的3g网络，所以也受该国家3G网络铺设情况限制，比如在高速路、偏远山村信号就不太好。稍大一点的小镇、城市都没问题的。所以我建议如果可以还是要租一个这样的设备。
关于电话：
有了随身网络就不愁电话了，出去前我买了个skype的点卡，100多块钱人民币。这样无论是给国内还是给国外打电话都用skype接随身wifi用当地的3G网络通话，所以电话基本就没花钱了。实际通话效果很好，没有什么延时、噪音啥的。网络好的地方都可以用。

先来张我们在法兰克福机场租到的车~~~VOLVO V60 柴油版（本来订的是一辆宝马3系，给换成这个了）这辆车陪我们走了大概10天~~~本打算在柏林和老丈人汇合后做老丈人的桑塔纳就行了~~~后来发现四人坐一车负重有点大~~~我和媳妇就又从柏林租了一辆~~~

租车其实很简单~~~~只要出示订单和中国驾照以及驾照翻译件就可以~~~如果跟我一样选Hertz~~~可以直接去他们网站下载一份翻译件~~~自己填好就可以

意大利最贵~~~每升汽油1.9XX欧元
比利时也贵~~~每升汽油1.8XX
德国汽油1.5XX，柴油1.4XX
奥地利和瑞士接壤其它国家的边境加油站价格很便宜~~~~汽油1.4XX，在瑞士柴油比汽油贵
除了意大利是有人帮你加油收钱，大部分加油站都是自助的，加油机附近没有工作人员。自己加完了去柜台说一下加油机号码结账就可以，现金、信用卡都可以，其实全靠自觉~~~

第二天一早先去超市采购~~~~德国的超市手推车比较逗~~~在超市外推车都是一排排排好的~~~前后之间用一条铁链连在一起~~~你要想取走最后一个就得拿欧元硬币塞到推车扶手的一个槽里~~~把栓车的铁链挤出去~~~用完之后铁链一插~~~硬币又退出来了~~~~
一开始折腾半天~~~~一个德国大爷帮的忙~~~~~
德国LIDL、ALDI这两个品牌的超市最多，几乎每个小镇出镇的路上都有
瑞士基本就是COOP
法国家乐福也不少
物价肯定是比国内贵的了~~~软饮基本上2欧左右~~~肉制品3、4欧的样子~~~经常买错水~~~这里的瓶装水很多都是带汽的苏打水~~~~
