Infopath表单是不能跨站点集引用的.你是在那里添加工作流,Site的设置页面里还是SharePoint&designer?还有最好不要用IP访问SharePoint的Site或使用SharePoint&designer打开以IP&为地址的SharePoint网站，&最好用Web服务器的机器名或Host&header(主机头)&

http://10.195.124.45/_catalogs/w&...&ewapproval_2052.xsn这个URL对应的Web&Application的没有managed&path的Site&Collection。检查一下你的InfoPath是怎么配置部署上的。如果你是直接设置/_catalogs/w&...&ewapproval_2052.xsn,这样在测试的时候没有问题。你尝试改成~sitecollection/_catalogs/w&...&ewapproval_2052.xsn同时因为你用ip访问，建议在SharePoint管理中心中为Web&Application加上URL&Mapping。否则带Managed&Path的Site&Collection，用ip访问时可能会出现问题。
