广汉市向首批新型职业农民颁证
&&& 四川经济日报讯 (记者 钟正有) 记者日前从广汉市农业局了解到，该局重视对新型职业农民进行培养，是现代农业发展的需要，又是推进全市农村改革的重要举措。9月3日，广汉市向首批58名新型职业农民举行颁证典礼。
& & 新型职业农民是致富的领头羊。通过培育和培训，有效地提升了农民的综合素质和职业技能水平，涌现出一大批新的农村生产经营主体，基本实现“四新协调、五良配套、六个统一”的技术模式进行农业生产，新技术、新模式普及率达到100%，农业资源利用效率和生态环境得到改善，自我发展和辐射带动能力明显提高；拓宽了农民增收渠道，提高了农民的就业竞争力，实现粮增产、钱增收、家庭生活和生产条件显著改善，为现代农业发展和新农村建设提供了人才支撑，初步解决了谁来种、怎样种的问题，并取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
& & 连山镇锦花村杨萍表示，通过培育不仅提高了农业科学知识，懂得了种田不但要机械化、规模化，还要科学化、市场化，良种还要良法。还提高了她的综合素质和经营管理能力，种植规模进一步扩大，实现大规模土地流转，大大提高了农业机械化程度，降低了不少人工种植成本，大幅度增加了年农业种植收入，年承包土地800亩，比参训前增加了650亩，实现年种植收入40万元；农机作业收入20万元，共总收入60万元。并在2013年荣获全国风鹏行动-新型典型农民。
