大学毕业一年半，今年24，现在在老家民企做研发员，之前看过一次教学视频，还蛮感兴趣的。所以现在有了这种想法，去百度搜了好多，都是要去学校集中培训几个月的，但是目前的工作暂时不想辞，求知乎大神么指点一二。

UP今年22，本科211会计狗，毕业以后进四大干了两年审计至今，辗转反侧思考着转行。UP对会计毫无兴趣，当年读会计的原因是高考撞车不想复读听家人说会计好找工作云云；然而工作两年了还是对会计，乃至商科无爱；实际从小兴趣技能点都加在了文学艺术上。目前UP自己总结的出路有如下几条：1通过master转行，UP比较想去米帝读艺术管理，娱乐产业管理，文化产业管理等等专业。优点是兴趣点和自身契合，又能稍稍用到曾经的商科知识；缺点是毫无经验，无人带领入行（UP投过相关工作简历结果毫无回应）；2跳槽，但范围限制于金融业，例如银行、企业财务、内审。优点是凭UP现在的经验找到新工作并不困难（曾接到过几份offer）；缺点是实在无兴趣无天赋无动力，UP也不想整天处于“技不如人”“厌恶工作”的心情之中；3公务猿，这是UP家人最希望的方式出路，理由是“UP年纪大了还是安安稳稳留在家乡嫁人比较好”，缺点是...UP还没有看到过很喜欢的岗位，并且在目前这个年纪还没有回家安闲度日的打算。其实吧后面2、3条大概可以忽略了，UP已经非常非常倾向1了，困惑就是不知道这条路该怎么走下去，所以来求求各位的意见。叩谢&_&想转行的审计妹子一只，求各位大神指点该投稿暂无简介工作两年瓶颈期了吧，反复思索着转行工作两年瓶颈期了吧，反复思索着转行[+展开简介]投1蕉安利给基友官方下载功能反馈本站不提供任何视听上传服务，所有内容均来自视频分享站点所提供的公开引用资源。Copyright (C)
