2014年第9届意大利西吉斯蒙德?塔尔贝格奖国际钢琴比赛

　　成立于1998年的西吉斯蒙德&塔尔贝格奖两年一届，每届比赛都于五月在意大利的意大利西南部港市那不勒斯举行。在过去的八届比赛中，我们挖掘了多位优秀的青年钢琴家，他们中的很多都已在其它国际著名钢琴大赛中摘取桂冠，比如我们2004年比赛的三等奖获得者Michails Liftis,他获得了2009年的布索尼比赛一等奖，2006年的一等奖获得者Sofia Gulyak，她是2009年利兹国际钢琴比赛的一等奖获得者等。我们相信，这一届也将取得圆满成功。
　　西吉斯蒙德&塔尔贝格(Sigismond Thalberg)是19世纪著名奥地利钢琴家、作曲家，曾师从车尔尼、胡梅尔、伊格纳兹&莫谢莱斯，代表作有钢琴曲，钢琴协奏曲，大量歌剧幻想曲及钢琴小品等，与李斯特并为称19世纪中叶最杰出的两位钢琴家。他们的钢琴演奏技巧部分上下，李斯特写下了十二首《超级练习曲》，塔尔贝格也写下了不亚于前者的《十二首钢琴练习曲》。作品充分的体现了作曲家&用两只手弹奏出几只手的音响效果&的高超技巧。世人对他们的评价是：塔尔贝格天下第一，李斯特举世无双。

但昭义1955年考入四川音乐学院附中，1959年升入本科，先后师从何惠仙、林瑞芝教授。六十年代初被选派赴京进修，师从中国著名钢琴演奏家、教育家周广仁教授，为其一生的钢琴事业打下了坚实的基础。1964年毕业于四川音乐学院并留校任教。六、七十年代活跃于四川音乐舞台，担任钢琴独奏、钢琴重奏和木琴演奏，并兼在交响乐队担任首席定音鼓演奏交响音乐等。1995年调深圳艺术学校工作，2009年作为四川音乐学院特聘教授回到母校，开始在两校任教。
&&& 从事钢琴教学四十多年来，培养了不少优秀钢琴演奏人才。他最著名的学生李云迪、陈萨、张昊辰，十七、八九岁就在英国利兹国际钢琴、波兰肖邦国际钢琴比赛、美国克莱本国际钢琴比赛等世界顶级赛事上获得大奖，在中国钢琴教育和演奏史上取得了具有历史意义的成就。李云迪、陈萨都因其取得的突出成就而受到国家领导人的亲切接见和热情称赞。李云迪、陈萨和郎朗一起被国际音乐界誉为当今中国钢琴的三位领军人物。2000年以来，他的又一批学生如左章、何其真、薛啸秋、潘林子、古静丹、徐起等后起之秀又相继在国际比赛中崭露头角。几年来这批学生陆续在诸如荷兰李斯特国际钢琴比赛、中国上海国际青年钢琴比赛、德国艾特林根、、美国吉娜.巴考尔、南密苏里国际钢琴比赛、俄国柴可夫斯基青少年国际音乐比赛、莫斯科国际青少年肖邦钢琴比赛、乌克兰霍罗维兹、、克莱涅夫国际钢琴比赛、西班牙伊比萨国际钢琴比赛、塞尔维亚伊西多.拜吉国际钢琴比赛、美国俄罗斯音乐国际钢琴比赛、、等十几项比赛中获奖。有统计表明，近十余年间，他的学生不仅在国内钢琴比赛中获得数十项奖，还总计有21人在国际钢琴比赛中获得58项奖，51人次获前三名，其中23次获第一名。
以但昭义国际获奖学生组成的“深圳少年钢琴家团”近年来多次应邀出访欧洲、美洲、非洲。在法国“中法文化年”、美国“中国文化节”、埃及“中华文化北非行”、波兰“深圳文化周”，以及葡萄牙“欧洲钢琴教师年会”等重要文化交流活动中演出钢琴专场音乐会，受到所在国家组织者和听众的热烈欢迎和热情赞赏。2005年10月6日美国华盛顿邮报以“来自中国的四位钢琴奇才”为题赞赏他们在华盛顿肯尼迪艺术中心的专场演出，评论说：“他们所展现出的技巧和控制，即便不夸张地说，也让人瞠目结舌”，“演出的艺术性与技巧令人叹为观止”，让人们“关注所有这些年轻的名字吧！” 2006年“深圳少年钢琴家”组团在全国15个城市巡回展演，但昭义教授并在各地举办讲座和大师班公开课，所到之处受到业界及琴童家长的热烈欢迎
。近年来他的国际获奖学生还举办了多场赈灾义演，为海啸、洪灾、雪灾、地震和贫困地区助学捐赠善款数百万元。
但昭义十分注重钢琴演奏与教学的理论研究，撰写和编著了不少论文、专著和乐谱教材分别在人民音乐出版社、上海音乐出版社和四川文艺出版社出版，其中《少儿钢琴教学与辅导》一书还在台湾出版发行。近年来他分出精力关心社会层面的钢琴业余教育，创办了面向社会的钢琴艺术培训中心，致力于钢琴普及教育和钢琴师资培训等音乐普及教育工作，2005 年以来连续举办了五期钢琴教师培训班，参加教师达千余人次，促进了业余钢琴教学水平的提高，他培训中心的学员在历年的考级和各类比赛中展示了非常优秀的成绩；由60多位学员演出的《音乐伴我快乐成长》主题音乐会在香港、广州、深圳的演出受到热烈欢迎和赞赏，并2009年10月应邀赴美演出。几年来他对钢琴艺术普及教育做了非常有益的工作，取得了良好的工作成效。
但昭义因工作成绩卓著多次获得全国及省市各种奖项，如：全国文化先进工作者、文化部“区永熙优秀音乐教育奖”、“改革开放30年中国艺术职业教育优秀教师奖”、四川省、广东省、深圳市等省市优秀教师奖、广东省五一劳动奖章和深圳市文明市民等；2010年当选深圳特区建立30年30位杰出人物。
Chosen to represent Spain and the entire Hispanic world in the
concert that took place in the newly& constructed National Theatre of China as part of the cultural events during the
Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008, Tenerife (Canary Islands) native pianist Guillermo González is considered one of Spain's greatest artists and a
prominent champion of Spanish music.&
He has served as professor at the “Conservatorio
Superior de Madrid” since 1975, and has given recitals and concerts throughout
the world, concertizing with the most important
orchestras and conductors in Spain,
France and China.
Among his numerous recordings, the most
important are the ones dedicated to the music of Alexander Scriabin,
Ernesto Hallfter, Manuel de Falla,
Antón García Abril, Zulema de la Cruz, Carlos Cruz Castro,
José Luís Turina and Teobaldo Power, for which he received the “Premio Nacional del Disco” in
1980.& In 1998 he edited a new
version of Iberia,
after the original manuscripts of Isaac Albéniz,
collected together with the facsimile of the original score in a world premiere
“urtext” critical edition published by Schott
Music.& This edition is considered
the definitive source for the performance of this work, and is currently used
by such important world class artists as Maestro Daniel Barenboim.& In December of 2007, he recorded four
albums of the complete works for piano by Albéniz for
the Naxos label.
&&& Since 1990, Maestro González has presided over the “Concurso
Internacional de Piano de Jaén”,
receiving a gold medal for his work with this organization.& He is a member of the “Real Academia de Bellas Artes” of Tenerife (Canary
Islands), Granada
and Cádiz, as well as Honorary and Extraordinary
Academician of the Conservatory of Santa Cruz of Tenerife.& In addition, several music schools have
been named after him in his native Spain.
&&& In 1994 he was awarded the
gold medal of the Island of Tenerife and named “Favorite son of the Lagoon and
Adoptive son of Garachico (Tenerife)”.
&&& En 1991 Maestro González was awarded the “Premio Nacional de Música”, the most
prestigious prize awarded to musicians in S among his numerous prizes and
awards have been:& Member of Honor
in the Home of The Canary Islands en Madrid 1990, A&avingo
1993, the medal of the Village of Garachico 1996, and
the “Premio a la Interpretación
Musical de la Fundación C.E.O.E.”& in 2001.
&&& Since 2005, González has led a special project teaching and propagating
Spanish music in China, a
collaboration that has resulted of this new edition of the Iberia Suite
published in China.& He was invited to be part of the jury of
“The China International Piano Competition” (Xiamen), the most
important piano competition in this country in 2005.
&&& In 2007, the University of Granada awarded Guillermo González an honorary doctorate for his important
contributions in the founding of the “Orquesta de Cámara” of this institution.& In 2009 the Town Hall of Camprodón, birthplace of Albéniz, will award him the Albéniz Medal for his outstanding contributions as both scholar and
performer of the music of Isaac Albéniz.
In 2009, Mr. González
will embark on a world wide tour in which he will perform Iberia by Albéniz,
which will take him to China,
France, Italy, Germany
and the United States
among others.

文化部关于年国际艺术比赛获奖选手奖励办法的通知
　　为了推动我国艺术教育面向世界，鼓励我国年轻的艺术学习者更多地参加国际艺术赛事，文化部将继续对2012年至2014年在国际艺术比赛中获奖的我国选手进行奖励。现将有关规定通知如下：
本通知涉及的比赛以文化部公布的《文化部鼓励参加的国际艺术比赛》为准。
凡在文化部鼓励的比赛中获奖的中国选手均可向文化部申请奖励。获奖者需填写规定的申请表格，连同个人简历、所参加比赛的章程、比赛获奖证书、参加国外比赛时所持护照及签证的复印件等材料寄往文化部，截止时间为次年的2月底（以当地邮戳为准）。
文化部将对获奖者的申请材料进行审核，并根据《国际艺术比赛获奖选手奖励办法》颁发奖金和荣誉证书。
对于在同一年度内获得多个国际比赛奖项的选手，文化部将以奖金额排序，最多奖励2项。
文化部原则上于次年5月将奖金和荣誉证书发至获奖选手，并视情举办“国际艺术比赛获奖选手专场演出暨颁奖典礼”。
根据《办税人员实务手册》第五条第一款规定，“省级人民政府、国务院部委和中国人民解放军军以上单位，以及外国组织、国际组织颁发的科学、教育、技术、文化、卫生、体育、环境保护等方面的奖金”免征个人所得税。
