177sm升级到win10之后无法使用独显（hdm)

前两天手贱升级到了windows10，刚开始用的挺好，没有发现什么明显的兼容性问题，但等我玩游戏的时候就发现不对了。比如双击《中土世界暗影魔多》的图标，刚开始是没有任何反应。于是我google下，发现英伟达和微软的论坛上都有人反应这个问题了。

类似的帖子还有很多。
其中也有人给出了一种临时解决方案，就是把intel显卡驱动降级到 .但这貌似只适用于核显是hd4600，并且大部分dx10，dx11的游戏还是不能运行。比如《中土世界暗影魔多》这种新游戏还是没法使用独立显卡运行。

最终幻想14在降级了intel核显驱动之后倒是能正常运行了。

这不是n卡不能用，而是双显卡切换出问题了。屏蔽核显的机子反而没问题。

win10其实更像win7而不是win8. 习惯了扁平化风格用win10还是不错的。等beta了，应该英伟达应该会出驱动解决这问题吧。

win10，mx同样。部分3d程序就算指定为独显仍然无效。还是用集显运行。。貌似opengl模式可以用独显吧?感觉。。
