1. 这些说法没有任何区别,关键是楼主对south/southern的词性把握尚有欠缺.2. southern只能做形容词,所以它要修饰名词part做定语,构成固定搭配：in the southern part of China.但是,绝对不可以说：in the southern of China.3. 而south兼有三种词性：名词,形容词和副词.1）做名词时,当然就有固定搭配：in the south of China2）作形容词时,等同于southern,所以以下两种说法都是正确的,即：in the south part of China = in the southern part of China3）做副词时,副词south = in/on/to the south（名词） = in/on/to the south/southern（形容词） part.如：Guangdong lies in the south of China. 名词= Guangdong lies in the south/southern part of China. 形容词= Guangdong lies south of China. 副词最后一个例句中的south就是副词,等同于介宾短语.这句也是考试中经常考查的考点.4. 最后提一点,south作为形容词的用法虽然在语法上无误,但是平时很少用,楼主其实不必过分计较.
应该只有in the southern part of China吧south是名词 ，southern是形容词/question/.html?si=1如果像LZ那样子说的两种情况都有的话，那上面这一题应该就不会出了吧???

I looked at Dzvid's smiling face（ add back into the box） and said“The box is nice,David,but it's empty.”我也觉得是错了,它毕竟是考题,所以可能是后来打印的错误,括号内的为 face的后置定语,错在add,它用了动词原行,add into是动词短语,而一个句子只能有一个谓语动词,所以把add改为非谓语adding,应该听说过分词做后置定语吧,就是这样的.这个非谓语adding(分词)的逻辑主语就是中心词face,face(adding back into the box) 脸转了回来添加到盒子里面.(是往盒子里看?所以才会发现 it's empty?还是Dzvid正要往盒子里看,我告诉他不用看了,盒子是空的?)

是应为这个是做了修饰成分！
我觉得是错了，add back感觉上是好像回去“添加之类”的，and back就说得过去了
