所以你要用通讯作者邮箱投稿。重新替你老板申请一个邮箱，或者你让他告诉你他邮箱的密码就行了。

刚开始投稿时都会遇到这样的问题。你是用你自己的邮箱投稿的，但是corresponding author必须写你的导师包括其邮箱，你可以继续完成投稿，但是生成PDF后在提交前必须要corresponding author批准（approve），最好是你填写你老板的邮箱，他收到后一般会把邮件转发给你（老板们还是会比较关注自己的邮箱的，事先你也可以和老板说一下），你只要把他在这个杂志注册的用户名，code拿到即可，登陆后就可approve了，不需要他的邮箱密码。

密码代表一定的隐私。不是无所谓的事情。要密码不让别人为难，别人在不在意是一回事，至少我们不能主动去要。。。

Corresponding Author 是通讯作者，在投稿过程中负责与编辑联系等等事情的作者，the contact author on the Title Page 是文章作者，一般从文章作者中选出一位或一位以上为通讯作者。如您还有任何不清楚的地方可以咨询我。

请问： 在稿约中有这么一句话：Name and address of the Corresponding Author to whom requests for reprints and correspondence should be addressed (this can be a different Corresponding Author than the Corresponding Author listed in ScholarOne) 看到这句话我本以为只要文章中表明导师是通讯作者就可以了，而投稿系统中自己作为通讯作者，这样利于操作，可是在投稿的过程中又出现这么一句话：This person is the formal Corresponding Author as denoted on the title page of the manuscript。这下我又糊涂了，这第二句英文到底该怎样理解呢？投稿中的Corresponding Author 和文章中的Corresponding Author 要是一个人吗？ 谢谢指点，万分感激！
