&& 一台电脑，系统win7（如果是xp，需要xp sp3，升级wmp到11，同时需要Net Framework 支持)。
到三星官网下载kies3最新版本，点击下面链接：
& &安装完成后，打开kies，手机连接电脑，会自动安装驱动程序，驱动安装完成后，就可以在软件界面看到当前手机的系统版本以及可升级版本。

&&点击备份还原，可以备份手机的联系人，短信息，日历，wifi连接等等。可自定义备份目录。需要还原时，手机连接电脑就可还原。

& & 四：用KIES升级手机系统以及对手机系统的初始化
&&打开kies，手机连接电脑，当有可用更新时会提示，按照提示操作就可以。
当手机系统出错，重置也不能解决，就需要用到固件升级和初始化这个功能。
在软件界面，点工具，固件升级和初始化，会弹出可初始化版本，按照提示做就可以了。
提示，固件升级和初始化完成的时间根据你的网速，手机必须保证电量足够，台式机USB必须插机箱后面。电脑C盘必须有5G可用空间或更多。

&&&&当手机出现无法开机，卡第一屏，无限重启时，而你是个新手，不会odin线刷，又不清楚该刷哪个rom，kies是最好的选择！
& & 其实有些odin刷机无法解决的，kies或许能够解决。韩版的手机就算刷机把imei刷没了，基带未知都能修复（亲测），可是国行的就不行。
& &提示：手机买来先记下SN（序号）在关于设备，状态里，也可以在电池仓里找到， 11位大写英文数字组合。建议买来就保存SN，特别是电信定制机，电池仓里找不到。
& &救砖修复方法：
打开kies，手机先不要连接电脑，点固件升级和初始化，在弹出的窗口填入你的手机型号，如SM-N9006。

到了这里会提示你进入恢复模式，（这里的恢复模式也就是我们通常说的挖煤，也叫线刷模式，进入方法同时按住音量-，主页键，电源键，出现一个警告界面时按音量+继续。国行警告界面是中文的）。

然后手机连接电脑，等待驱动安装，开始升级按钮可点时点开始升级，kies开始下载固件，这时去泡杯茶，抽根烟，完成的时间取决于你的网速。有的机油会说我一开机就卡在三星界面，扣掉电池在装上也是一样，其实你只要同时按住三个键，按久一点也可以在三星LOGO界面进入挖煤的，不行扣掉电池再装上多试几次，可以成功！
提示：要保证手机电量足够，台式机USB插口要插机箱后面的。电脑C盘需要5G可用空间或更多。
如果完成后卡在三星LOGO界面，请按音量+，主页键，电源键，出现开机第一屏时放开recovery双清一下（音量键移动光标，电源键确定执行Wipe Data/Factory Reset ，Wipe Cache Partition 这两个选项。不过这种情况很少出现。

我给老婆note2升级，就是电脑太老了cpu温度过高，自动关机两次，我以为手机完全变砖了，最后我开机箱盖，手动用扇子扇动cpu，把cpu温度控制在82度以下，那个汗呀，最后成功了

& & 有些网友只看到 install zip 而没有看到 install zip from sdcard 就不知道该选择哪个,其实两者的意思完全一样.反过来也相同.由于REC的版本不同,所以REC各个版本之间所显示的内容也不同.
& & 当 install zip 和 install zip from sdcard 同时出现时,这要看你下载的包是放在什么位置.放在外置SD卡时选择 install zip from sdcard ,放在内置储存时选择 install zip ,不过现在除了HTC外,三星在REC模式下基本不识别外置SD卡.所以一般都只会出现其中一个,不管出现哪个.意思完全一样.操作完全一样.
正确的刷机步骤
& & 刷机前,可双清,三清,四清(清除电池信息),六清.不过一般不需要那么多.一般做到双清或三清即可.(进不去系统如卡在第一屏时清空DAT和CACHE即可),(刷美化或者补丁或基带内核不用双WPIE）
& & 重要提示:所谓六清其实是三wipe加三格式化等于格式化系统,清完必须刷机,否则不开机.好处是系统干净,不会出现卡在第一屏或者FC

& & 很多网友可能不懂 Format/system 这个意思,其实就是格式化系统.好比那些做电脑做系统的或着是各个地方的做电脑的人,当现用的系统崩溃时,我们进入winpe操作界面格式化C盘然后开始进行系统安装.如果我们没有进winpe进行格式化C盘,少部分情况会发生两个系统引导文件冲突导致做完系统后出现grub引导错误.因为电脑不知道到底要引导前一个系统还是后一个系统作为启动项.
& & 所以格式化系统的好处就在于比较方法的清理掉前一个系统的所有东西.当然当你选择了格式化系统时,那么就代表你必须要安装一个新的系统,否则手机里没有系统是开不了机的.

& & 1、将你下载的备份包（一般是rar格式的压缩文件）解压后
