目前的游戏录制软件，有很多，或许Fraps已经淡出很多人的视野，但是它依然是高清录制相当好的一款软件。
目前来说，世界上流行的软件恐怕就是直播软件吧，这类软件肯定是不符合高清录制的要求的，我们要制作一个精良的视频，首先必要的条件是有一个无损的录制软件，Fraps
强制RGB录制，才算是真正的无损录制，对于电脑的要求，首先配置要高，特别是硬盘，容量要大，至少超过100G，不然录制长时间的视频会导致容量不足，许多人反映笔记本用Fraps会很卡顿，恐怕多数问题在于硬盘。
Fraps推荐使用最新版本，虽然表面上看不出什么，但是这个软件是一直在改进的。
打开Fraps 进入 Movies 页面，
设定输出文件夹，设定快捷键，设定帧率，帧率不易设置过高，一般30即可，Full-size表示完全大小，如分辨率是，那么输出的视频就是，Half表示一半，就是除以2，512*384。
Loop buffer length 30 seconds
的使用方法是长按录制的快捷键，使帧率变成粉红色，此功能具体用处，我猜不出来，一般不会使用。
Split movie every 4 Gigabytes
选中此项就会在文件达到4G的时候，产生另外一个文件，也就是文件不会超过4G（FAT32格式的硬盘分区不支持4G的单个文件）
Hide mouse cursor in video 隐藏鼠标（游戏鼠标无法隐藏）
Lock framerate while recording
锁定帧数（使游戏运行帧率和你设定的录制帧率一样，这样做可以提高视频的流畅度，但是会造成游戏的卡顿，不推荐选择）
Furce lossless RGB capture(may be slower)
强制RGB色彩录制，推荐选中，这个才是Fraps的精髓啊，选择这个才是真的无损录制，你会发现录制出来的文件和游戏本身，是看不出分别的（其实还是有区别，但是肉眼无法辨识）但这个选项对电脑要求较高，而且会大大增加文件大小，但是还是推荐选中。
声音录制方面，我们选择立体声混音，这样才能录制到声音，立体声混音的音量，不要增大，最好是默认的大小，WIN7默认的音量是22，XP应该也是这个数值，如果过高会导致爆音现象。声音录制根据电脑的不同，方法也不一样，有些电脑甚至没有立体声混音，所以不在这里详细叙述，大家可以百度
“立体声混音”。
好啦，最后说一下，Fraps有个不为人知的优点就是它可以记录游戏的亮度，试过很多软件，只有Fraps能记录魔兽争霸的亮度，其他的无论你在游戏中怎么改亮度，录制出来的画面还是没有任何变化，这个大家可以试一下。
